   The S.T.A.R.S. train ride has been postponed but in its stead, DFBC will attend a Lexington Legends baseball game. 
   The Legends are one of the farm teams of the World Series Champions Kansas City Royals. Come watch the baseball stars of tomorrow, today.
   The cost is $10 and you must sign up in the Ed. Building so that the proper amount of tickets can be purchased.
   Until further notice, the Adult Choir will meet only on the first Wednesday of each month.
   On Wednesday evenings, DFBC Bible study has begun using the book Believe, by Randy Frazee.
   Believe is an innovative Bible-reading experience that will guide you and your family on how to “live” the Bible. Take a journey through 10 key beliefs, practices and virtues of Christian faith, which will guide you how to think, act and be more like Jesus.
   This study will last approximately 40 weeks, but you can join it at anytime.

Tuesday Evenings
   A Weight Loss & Healthy Eating Class will be led by Lynn Smith in Memorial Hall at DFBC. The 6 pm class will last for about an hour sharing healthy tips and recipes. 
   These classes will be held each Tuesday of the month. Let Lynn know if you plan on attending so that enough materials will be on hand.
Children's Choir
   Rehearsals of the DFBC children's choir will take place each Wednesday night at 6:30 pm in the education building. Children of all ages are encouraged to attend.
